Early Stage Projects holds hundreds of 1 on 1 meetings with founders monthly. This way we are able to engage with the core team of each startup in order to formulate a better understanding of their core competencies
PITCH ANALYSIS
at ESP We review all pitch decks submitted by the startups we curate, the startup that pass this first phase of analysis are moved on to our Pre Diligence process, In addition to third Early Stage Projects also organizes quarterly in person pitch events for select startups
PRE DILIGENCE
We work with our network investors and industry experts to perform thorough startup forensics, this includes Market research, financial analysis, Risk assessment, and more. Once completed we then invite the startups we select to our private syndicate dashboard.
DEAL MEMO
By using a pre diligence information we are able to provide the LP's within our network access to our quarterly deal memo presentation, this allows them to determine if they would like to be part of the SPV for the featured startup

After reviewing our Pre Diligence Package our limited partners will join our secure SPV platform powered by Venture 360 and start making a soft commitment to invest in the featured startup,
CLOSING AGREEMENTS
To ensure legal and regulatory compliance early stage projects has partnered with Venture360 to manage all of our agreements for the capital call once investors are ready to close.
